Mid-December, 2011:
I'm grateful the roads are clear, since I drive for a living. I'm grateful I haven't spent countless hours shoveling sidewalks and driveways until I'm out of breath.
But still... I live in Idaho. Can I at least have a white Christmas?
I know, I know... you can't have your cake and eat it too. But I wouldn't mind a little blizzard in the next few days...
...just sayin....
8 witty retorts:
Yeah. It should snow on-call so you can just order it up on the days you're either not driving, having Christmas, or are supposed to drive to someone's house you don't want to visit.
The title had me slightly worried (not really) that this was going to be some post about how people in Idaho don't let black people celebrate Christmas.
Me neither. It's been 88 degrees for months!
White Christmas?
Isn't that at Bushwood Country Club on the 25th?
Hope you get that blizzard.
Hope we don't.
Be careful what you wish for!
I think I might like a white christmas one day. Not likely to happen where I live, but it would be wonderful to experience it on holiday.
Oh well, maybe if I win lotto
I live on the border of Idaho and Washington, and let me tell you, the lack of snow threw me for quite a loop. There was only snow on two weekends this year. Very odd.
I live in an eternal rainy summer place so consider yourselves lucky.
