Clearance is business term for leftovers. Better chocolates be on clearance if you ask me. All those turkeys after thanksgiving weekend, if blackfriday is leftover for previous year xmas toys and cybermonday is leftover for leftover , there is no leftover for turkeys that were killed in abundance :) Clearance comes in not just when shelf-life is less and also when shelf becomes expensive to hold expired holiday specials.
I actually convinced my kids this year (16 & 20 I guess I should quit calling them kids) that since they knew the Easter Bunny was a fable, half-price candy the day after would get them double the amount.
Okay I honestly can say that when looking at that photo the only thing I could think about was the fact that I came to the horrid realization this weekend that if I don't get rid of my spare tire I might crest the weight limit for the highway. at least for my 4 cylinder 4 door car.
Comments are always appreciated. Sometimes they end up being better than the initial post! Come join in on the fun... (and remember, you can post anonymously)
