OMG It's Idaho Spud Day!!

Yes, today starts the official "Spud Day" celebrations in Eastern Idaho.

Highlights Include:

A "Miss Russet" beauty pageant (I think, in this one, the more eyes you have the better...)

Tater Trots and Spud Runs

A Spud Tug (WOW that sounds dirty)

...and much much more.

Yes folks, this is how we do it in Eastern Idaho.  YEEEE HAW!!!

oh... and I almost forgot... this year's theme is "All Buttered Up."  No, you can't make this shit up.

  16. You totally need to tell me more about the potato festival. I spent time in a town that celebrated tuna. Even to the point of throwing huge frozen fish

    We could combine the two for some awesome takeaway fish and chips
