I'm more productive (work-wise) when I'm on the road.
Why?
It's 7:20pm, and I'm still working.
I'm in my hotel room, chillin on my bed. A 'first look' special is on HBO, and I'm prepping for tomorrow.
I love coming home and relaxing. I love going out and touring the cities I visit. But more often than not, I do 12-hour days when I travel.
...the life of a sales rep...
on the road again! :D
ReplyDeleteThat doesnt look healthy or tidy at all hahaha
ReplyDeleteIsn't it nice to get away from the responsibilities of being at home sometimes? I don't know if I could do it all the time, though!
ReplyDeleteYou're George Clooney researching "Up in the Air", right? Just admit you're George Clooney and we can all move on, handsome.
ReplyDeleteNow I'm going to have the "On The Road Again" song in my head!!! lol
ReplyDeleteI don't think my comment went through, so I'll give it another go:
ReplyDeleteNow, I'll have the "On The Road Again" song in my head!!! lol
Sometimes, very seldom, but sometimes I'd like to have a job where I travel.
ReplyDeleteFootball - - You bet I'm ready. Getting ready for my own fantasy league and to watch my Utes!
Man, I hope you're at least taking some vitamin supplements dude. At least tell us that you're having the occasional healthy meal on your voyages. But I have to admit, not a bad lifestyle at all. Exploring new places every day spending most of the time on the road. Beats the heck out sitting in this chair at home all day....
ReplyDeleteThis must be why they hired you, no?
ReplyDeleteIm certain that I have seen that bedspread pattern in several motel Aussie motel rooms. Must be standard worldwide issue.
ReplyDeleteNot sure about your dinner choices, hope it tasted better than it looks.
Even with the long days, it appears you are loving then new job
I guess it really depends on what you're trying to sell. ;)
ReplyDeleteYou don't get per diem, to get some better meals?

ReplyDeletethere are far worse things you could be doing. make sure you drink plenty of water and stuff.
